Unable to filter by team in Jira Plans

Seife Negussie May 16, 2024

I created a plan in Jira. And i added two teams on the "Teams" tab next to the "Roadmap" tab and added the team members for each team. However, on the "Roadmap" tab, when i try to filter by the teams i created, nothing shows up.

Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Thanks

Hello @Seife Negussie

I understand you have filtered the teams like below in the plan :

Can you confirm if you have updated any Jira issue with this Team name like below :

If you have updated it then you will see the issues related to the Teams like below :

I hope it helps. :)

Yes, it does, thanks a lot @Nagabharana S

I filtered it the way you have it on the plan section but i couldn't update the issues by the team name because i don't have the Team field in the form. So, i have requested the developers to add it to the form. I will check it ones i get it added.

Thanks for your help.

Hi @Nagabharana S , i now have the team field added. And i assigned the existing issues to a team.

But when i filter the plan by the team, i don't see the issues in the plan (see below)'

it seems i am missing something. I really appreciate your help on this.
