Hi Sachin,

Thanks for your support.

I have placed an attachment on download folder and providing that path in csv attachment column like below format but didnt get sucess.

05/29/2023 19:10;63b6be98159df2c252e95f01;image.png;D://Downloads/image-name.png

Got below error:

Cannot parse '05/29/2023 19:10;63b6be98159df2c252e95f01;image.png;D://Downloads/image-name.png' as attachment info: No protocols found in token '05/29/2023 19:10;63b6be98159df2c252e95f01;image.png;D://Downloads/image-name.png'. Supported protocols are: https, http and file.

Could you please let me know whatever path I have mentioned is correct or not. If not then please let me know what will be the correct path need to be used?

@Dnyaneshwar Borase ,

To import the attachment you need to place the physical file on a location from where your cloud instance can access it.

"01/01/2012 13:10;<Atlassian account ID>;image.png;file://image-name.png" - its on directory

Note that URLs for attachments support the HTTP and HTTPS protocols and can be located anywhere that your Jira Cloud site can access.

If you aren’t sure of your Atlassian account ID, you can log in to your Jira Could site, click on your avatar on the top-right corner of the page, and go to Profile. The last part of the URL of the Profile page is your Atlassian account ID.

For eg:https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/jira/people/<Your Atlassian account ID>

Accept the answer if it helps

@Dnyaneshwar Borase ,

It look like jira cloud is not able to access the attachment which is store on your local machine. you need to make sure the path should be in given format https, http, file

I believe if you are placing file in your local machine then need to give url in file format.

and it should be accessible from jira cloud ,make sure there are no restriction like firewall and all
