Unable to install apps

This is similar to other issues that have been reported for Jira cloud. I am unable to install apps for free trial even though I am on the free versions of Jira and Confluence and both have 10 users or less. Is there any way to ping support at Atlassian to see why trial versions of apps cannot be installed? I am not authorized to enter payment details as this product is being evaluated.

There was a change on who can install apps. Jira admins cannot do it right now. Only org admins.

Not sure if that is the issue: you need to be an admin to install apps.
