Unable to invite new users to JIRA Cloud

Hi,

i got a problem with my JIRA Cloud (7 day testing-license).

I want to invite new user to JIRA Cloud.

If i invite users with my admin-account they dont receive an invitation email.

Can anybody help me please?

In cases like this, the best way would be to reach Atlassian's support.
