Unable to locate the "label" section on the new jira.

I selected show more and it still doesn't show.

welcome to the Atlassian community where other users & Atlassians are happy to help each other.

First of all - no we don't have access to your Jira, esp. not if we don't even know your base url (which I would recommend not to share).

To get back to your question. Are the labels not shown for you like in this screenshot?

If they are not shown, you can check your project settings and add the labels as detailed in Atlassian's documentation.
