How do I get my account activated?
I see a lot of questions like the above one, but I don't see any solutions that I can take, as an administrator, towards fixing it for my users that are encountering this. Can someone point me to any documentation for Jira Cloud that can help me solve this issue for my users?
Michelle, if you yourself don't have administrative privileges you should contact your Jira administrator/ IT department - they should handle it. As a standard user you are not able to fix/investigate this.
