Unable to move gadgets on dashboard

Receiving an error - Server out of sync - when gadgets are dragged to another column. Any help?

Please check on the following

  1. Firewall and proxy configuration (Might want to bypass proxy using IP address. Eg 127.0.0.1:8080 to see if it helps)
  2. Database character encoding to follow here

Caused by: org.ofbiz.core.entity.GenericDataSourceException: SQL Exception while executing the following:UPDATE dbo.portletconfiguration SET positionseq = ? , PORTALPAGE = ? , COLUMN_NUMBER = ? WHERE id = ? (Invalid column name 'id'.)

My db is SQL Server
