Hi,
I want to change the slack integration settings on my jira project, but when I click on the "Slack Integration" link in the project settings, I get:
---
Client-side error
Client-side error. Error ID: 3a9d33ed98d84f6393537866cccd3a67. Please reload the page or try again later.
---
I've reloaded the page several times, and even waited a day in case it was an intermittent error, but I still get the same error.
Any suggestions on what to do?
Best regards,
Tobias.
Hi,
Thanks for the respons. No, the bug you reference is actually not the same. I got this error on the project settings page, Slack integration (see "1" in the attached image). It seem like it loaded the part marked with "2", but right after that the screen went white (the left menu was still there), and the client side error was thrown.
I was able to fix this, by using /jira connect as you also suggest above.
Best regards,
Tobias.

Hello Tobias,
After investigating a little bit further, I was able to identify a known bug that causes the exact error you are seeing when trying to enter Slack Integration settings:
- Issues with Slack messages attached may throw a 'Client-side error' in Firefox
Can you confirm if the error does not reproduce in other browsers than Firefox?
If that's the case, feel free to vote and watch the bug to receive notifications about any updates.
If the error keeps reproducing, I recommend you to disable your integration directly in Slack and rebuild it, by typing /jira connect in the channels you want.
Let me know if this information helps.
