Hello there !
I am not receiving any verification email to change my email, though I checked my spam folder and the filters that are in place in my organization. I do receive external emails, and the domain "am.atlassian.com" is whitelisted.
Is there something I missed ? And a way to solve that ?

Your best option is to contact Atlassian Support, your email address may be blocked on their side.
