Unable to receive mail for username reset

Hi created freeware account. And downloaded Jira. I am try to access it with user name and password i sm unable to get it. 

also i tried logging i  via atlantis credentials did not work. 

please can you help ? Retrieve my user name n password for jira and sent it over here. 

because it has limited trial period n i want use software asap.

ps i tried adding user and logging in with it did not help.

Hi @nitin_burumkar ,

If you are using JIRA cloud, there is no need to download anything. yo ujust need to signup in the below link and bases on the availability of .atlassian.net domain, you can get a trail account.

The details should be sent to your email which is used during creation of the account. It's a good idea if those emails are not lost in spam folder.
