Hello, we have a team managed kanban project. On the backlog, I can see Board & Backlog & in the Board appears to have all of the Done tickets. The statuses and the columns are mapped. In a software project, I just mapped the backlog to the status and we only have To-Do & Backlog which seems to be in order and not showing any Done tickets, however I don't seem to be able to replicate that in a team managed project. I've attached a screenshot of the problem I am trying to solve. I just want all of the Done tickets to be gone from the Board & if possible to call the Board To-Do instead. Any ideas?
Unfortunately it's not possible to configure this feature in your project - it's hardcoded to automatically hide DONE issues after 14 days.
I bet that yours issues have been completed in less than 14 days. You can either wait or try to clear these issues manually:

ah, that really needs to be a amended in Jira.. if something is done, it should be done ... thank you!
