There seems to be an issue where you can't delete unmapped statuses (like you should be able to). I accidentally created a duplicate statuses: one is mapped to the swimlane labelled the same (which I want to keep) but the other is unmapped and needs to be deleted to avoid tickets going in the wrong status and affecting tracking/automations. I've tried to delete the duplicated status and it keeps showing an error message

There’s a temporary glitch or browser issue. Sometimes caching or session issues cause this. Try a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R
) or open Jira in incognito mode.
Check Workflow Status Mapping
Go to Project Settings → Workflows.
Edit the workflow and ensure the duplicate status is not used in any transitions.
