Unable to return to its user

Hi Community

I am logged in as to another account on Jira but I can no longer return to my account.
The Switch-back link does not work.
Disconnection, reconnection does not solve the problem either
How to do ?

Hi @Nicolas Bréard and welcome to Community!

I often have the same issue, here is what I do to successfully switch back to my account:

• Click twice on the "switch back" link (the first click usually doesn't do anything, but it works the second time)
• Clear my browser's cache
• When clearing the cache didn't help, I go to id.atlassian.com and log out/log back in
