Hello Roland,

Thank you for getting in touch with Atlassian Community!
Just for us to better understand and help you with this issue, we would like to know more details about it:
When did this issue start?
What is the file type?
Have you tested using another browser or incognito?
Are you the only user facing this issue?
Are you opening the ticket through the board or through issues and filter?
Is it happening only on one project?

I apologize for all those questions, but it will help us to check what is causing the issue.

Regards,
Angélica

Hi Angelica,

This issue started a few months ago.  Sometimes it works very well I do not face this kind of issue (currently I am not facing). Is it possible that when all developers are logged we reach a kind of a memory limit or something and I am the one which faces the issue ?!

Mostly the file types are images (png) but I think that is happening to all type of files.

I have tested in Mozilla and Chrome and also in incognito mode but I have the same results.

Just a few of the team members are facing this issue (not all of us)

I am opening the ticket through the board.

I use Jira just for one project.

Hi Roland,

Are you and the other team members using the same network and users that are not facing the issue using another network?
Can you check with your IT manager if our IPs and domains are whitelisted? They can find the information here.
As this issue happens from time to time and we can't replicate here, it looks like more related to the network. Jira doesn't have memory limit because it's on Cloud, so it won't happen, the only limit is for attachments, but it would make the entire instance slow for everyone.

Please, take your time to test using another network and also test after the IPs and domains are whitelisted and let us know how it goes.

Regards,
Angélica
