I can see queue counts in navigation but have lost the display of the list and access to the detail of tickets. This is across browser platforms.
some current issues with Cloud in regards to Queues and Projects , my organization has the same issue as you, seems to be global issue

Investigating - We're getting several reports that the projects page in Jira Cloud is showing a 500 error and won't load. We're currently investigating the problem.
