Unable to see "Import & Export" option in Jira 4.3.3

Hi,

I am trying to upgrade Jira 4.3.3 to 5.2.10. For that I want to take XML backup of Jira4.3.3. But Import and Export option is missing. Could you please help me how to get that option.

Ok, so it's been disabled, or you're looking in the wrong place. Could you tell us what documentation you are using and show us the difference between that and your system? Also, could you look in the list of plugins and see if anything is disabled?
