I have never had this issue until today.
The warnings I am getting are:
Issues CA-929, CA-926, CA-925, CA-911 and 6 others do not have a value for the 'Estimate' field. Values entered after the start of the sprint will be treated as scope change.
Includes issue(s) currently hidden by a Quick Filter or the Instant Filter.
I have looked, and as far as I can tell I have the correct permissions.
Thanks in advance for your help!
What happened is that the resolution on my screen made it so that the Start button was hidden! If anyone has this issue, change the resolution on your screen from 100% to something smaller and you will then see the button.
See the image.
If any Jira Devs are seeing this, you should make it so that it checks the resolution of the screen so that this does not happen.
I had the same issue. Devs needs to look into this issue and fix this.
Thanks for the answer.

Same issue, although I didn't have this 2 weeks ago and this is a blocker for our team productivity. Devs please fix this now for our account because I can't Start a new Sprint for any of my boards. The warnings previously never restricted starting a new sprint.
Please fix immediately!!

I was just now able to hack the Console elements and remove the button class "button-panel-button aui-button" and it became unstyled but visible so I could get unblocked. Still needs fixed at JIRA.

Hi, generally the problem with not be able to start a sprint is because you don't have the correct permission (Manage sprints) in one (or more) of the projects of your board's filter.
So if you have a board like this:
labels in (myteam)
Then it could be that there is a new project where you don't have the right permission in. So you need to narrow your filter to:
project in (proj1, proj2, proj3) AND labels in (myteam)
