Unable to transfer my Product: How can I delete Organization and Product?

Hi, I'm unable to delete my Product or Organization. Since the default Organization will never be used and is very confusing, I want to get rid of it.

I tried to transfer the product to our correct Organization but it fails with a generic error.

Who or what the heck can help me? There are so many buttons, but the relevant ones ("Delete Product", "Delete Group") are not there or greyed out without any hint of why.

Hello @Marius Wittmeier,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

The issue that you are facing when transferring products is something that must be unblocked on our side.

With this said, I fixed it here on both organizations and now you should be able to transfer the products.

In case you don’t want to use one of the sites anymore, you need to cancel the subscription, so the site will be deactivated and then deleted.

Please, take your time to test and let us know how it goes.
