I have installed tempo timesheet but we are not going to use that right now. I'm not able to uninstall the app. The uninstall button is disabled. kindly advise me on this.

If the uninstall button is disabled (grayed), please hover over the button to see the reason why it is disabled (as the screenshot below)
In this case, you need to go to the Subscription details and unsubscribe from the trial for cancellation. You can find more information in the Atlassian guide here
If the above steps don’t work, reach out to Atlassian Support for assistance.
