Unable to up the Jira localhost

Tomcat is starting on port 2990 and jira also started successfully but when i try to open it in browser it gives me an error of page not found. Please assist?

Could you please take a look into the log file because if tomcat is starting and you can see that on the console then you Jira should be available on the port mentioned on the tomcat console.

Please check the log file there must be a proper URL.
