Every time I click on the ‘issue type’ field to try and change it, the Jira app crashes (iOS app on an iPad). This happens on all Tasks and Subtasks (the only issue types I have been able to create, due to this issue).

Hi Rachel,

I am sorry you ran into this bug.

We have found the problem and fixed the issue. We are preparing a new update (v138) and plan to release it in the next few days.

Hi Rachel,

While I don’t use the iOS app frequently I have not experienced this specific issue. Obviously that doesn’t help you out any but it is a data point nonetheless. Is this something that has happened recently? Have you checked to see if there’s updates for iOS or the Jira  app itself? Have you tried rebooting your iOS device?

Thanks Jack. It’s a brand new account which I just created, so it’s been happening since I first installed the app (2 days ago). I’ve tried reinstalling, rebooting, etc. which hasn’t helped, unfortunately. But it’s interesting to know it’s not malfunctioning for everyone, at least.

Maybe report to Atlassian. I am not experiencing that.
