Note: After refreshing the page, the user can log time, but it's frustrating to have to refresh each ticket after logging time.

The issue you mentioned was in the version where the status dropdown appeared on the left side. It's been 6 months since you moved it to the right, and ever since then, I haven't faced the issue. Thanks for following up!
