Unable to upload a screenshots in the comment section under BUG.

Trying to upload a saved screenshot in the comments, it worked until yesterday, but now its failing to upload.

Can you please share a screenshot displaying the issue being faced by you?

Are you getting any error?

What happens when you click on the Attachments button in the comments section?

Hi @Deepanshu Natani , Thanks for the reply. I am now able to attach a screenshot looks like I was not doing it correctly. However one quick question. I noticed

#1. It does not allow to attach more than one screenshots in teh comments section. 

#2. Sometime when I make a new comment -->>Edit-->close it-->>come back again edit it-->>does not allow me to add even a single screenshot. I am having this issue for last several weeks...where in I have to continue the commment in next comment section with a screenshot since I was not able to add that screenshot within same comment under BUGS.

Also- Forgot to mentione the error- I don't remeber the error. It mentioned the file already exists.
