Drag n drop does not work, nor is there a link to Browse for files in the Attachments section.

Can anybody else add attachments to the issue?

Are you an administrator of the JIRA system or the Project that contains the issue?

An administrator needs to review the Permission Scheme assigned to the project to determine if you have permission to attach items to the issues in the project.

Yes, others are able to add attachments to the issue.

No, I'm not an administrator of the system or the project containing the issue.

Sounds like I need to figure out who the administrator is...

Hello Aric,

Usually the Project Lead has administrator permissions for the project. You should be able to see who is the Project Lead if you go to the Projects page where you view the list of all projects.
