Hi I am unable to use Jira Cloud for Outlook (official), everytime I click view issue, create issue or send to issue, it opens a new chrome tab and leaves it hanging on a white loading screen, with the following url (https://atlassian-outlook-integr.services.atlassian.com/sidebar?activePivot=sendToIssue&_host_Info=Outlook$Win32$16.02$en-US$$$$16).
could you please help me with this issue.

Based on my limited experience, issues with Jira Cloud for Outlook on desktop could be caused by browser integration or system compatibility.
Also, ensure you’re using the latest versions of Outlook and the Jira plugin. Try clearing your browser cache or testing the integration in incognito mode.
