Unable to view All-In-One JIRA Reports in Add-On Manager

Hello-

Is there any update on this? I am being charged for an add-on that I can't remove.

Hello Rita-

I just reindexed and that add-on still does not appear in the Manage add-ons list. I need to be able to upgrade and/or remove and I currently have no way to do this.
