We had an user change the name of a sprint in one project (in which they do not have permissions) to match one of the sprints in their project - now they own our sprint.
How did this happen, and how do we prevent it in the future?

I will need to check to see if that user was added to a user group which may have made this possible.
How do I rundown scheme changes? Where would I see it if this occurred?

JIRA is very tricky when it comes to permissions. A slight change may affect several projects.
