Unavailabilty during weekly maintenance ?

Hello Jira users,

I'm gonna test Jira OnDemand and i'd like to know if Jira is available or not during weekly maintenance ? In case of unavailability, it will be during the monday working day in France.

Hi Alain,

Yes, there is a period of unavailability for maintenance, but in your region (EMEA) it is every Monday 02:00 - 05:00, Geneva time (check Atlassian OnDemand maintenance windows). I suppose this leaves the working day safe for you :)
