Unexpected Downtime Issues on 6th June 2025

It is noticed that the offshore team are facing jira downtime issues. We are getting a blank page upon launching our jira board. Downtime details - 5ish am BST .  Duration - More than 1hour .
Kindly investigate and help us resolve issue to get the BAU work moving smoothly.

There are no active incidents with Jira now. There was an incident on June4 th about Customers may experience delays receiving emails but it was resolved.

Thanks Ramakrishna. We are experiencing this issue on 6th June Morning 5am BST onwards (Even now  1pm IST). Even now as well.
