Hello,

Is there any possibility to filter out tickets that were still open/unresolved in past month (July)?

Besides the example of @Cristian0791 you can also make this dynamic.

created >= startOfMonth(-1) AND created <= endOfMonth(-1) and resolution = Unresolved

This would always give you the unresolved tickets for the previous month of when the JQL is run

The problem is that I don't really need tickets created in past month I only need tickets that were open/unresolved in the past month. But biggest problem is that the status of those tickets are already changed...

Hi Karolis,

Please try this JQL: created >= 2024-07-01 AND created <= 2024-07-31 and resolution is EMPTY

Hope this helps.

Hi

Hello
If you can create a filter where the ticket status is different from closed and set the creation date from July 1 to July 31, you should get all of them.

Regards
