Unshceduled but no items listed

Hi All,

I have 5 unscheduled Items on my dashboard. I looked at all our issues and everything has a fixed version and is resolved/closed. I can't seem to find these 5 mystery items. When I click on unscheduled no issues come up. I'm at a loss for words. Anyone?

Have you tried reindexing Jira?

I'm not sure if it will help, but sometimes these strange field value issues can be resolved by reindexing.

I did try that twice and it still shows 5 unscheduled. Is there a certain search filter I can put? Do you know what the default search filter is on the dashboard for that widget?
