Update an app's version details Payment model from Paid via Vendor to Free

Trying to update Payment model from Paid via Vendor to Free, BUT the dropdown is greyed out (not editable).

How do I change the payment model?

You can change the payment model for existing apps in the following scenarios:

• Free → Paid via Vendor
• Paid via Vendor → Free

so this should be editable.

Is the issue that I need to enable app? descriptor: https://developer.atlassian.com/cloud/jira/platform/connect-app-descriptor/

(I don't think we currently have  atlassian-connect.json file for this particular app).

Which app is it? And just to verify, you are on a Free Jira Subscription?
