Update value of a bundled filed

I have a bundle field added to a screen. A user can edit the values. These values are QAs with yes & no options as shown:

Field 1 shows the values the user can update and the button on number 2 shows the button to save values. I am not getting a way to get and save these values. 

This is a transition screen. How do I get the updated value and save it to Jira?

I found a workaround for this by adding a new transition in the workflow.
