Updated EPIC name (verified) does not show on filtered searches.

Brigid July 19, 2020

I updated 7 Epic names in a project and saved the changes.

When i imported issues and checked the epics, the filters show the old epic name. if i click on the epic key the new name is there.

i did this on anothe project and all except one of the epic names in that project updated correctly, one did not - i gave up and created a new one, reassigned the tasks and deleted the old one.

There are 11 projects to update and i dont want to do this with all of the 147 related epics.

its probably something obvious but not to me :-)

thanks

Hi @Brigid

I did not see any other community postings like this symptom, or open defects on the public backlog.  I recommend submitting a support ticket to Atlassian:

Best regards,
