Hello,
I want to have 9/4/2023 as a non-working day.
When select 9/4/2023 as the non-working day and click Add, 9/3/2023 is the day that shown. But when I hover over the calendar, 9/4/2023 is greyed out.
Anyone know why this works this way?
Notes:
Thanks for your help, Community.
You can find all needed informations about setting non working days in Jira Cloud here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/configure-working-days/
The Working days setting for your board is used for different reports and gadgets. You can change this setting to filter out weekends, holidays, and other times during which your team might not be working on your board's projects.
I hope this helps.
Dam.
Thanks @Chu Dam. But I previously read the suggested article, and it does not answer my question.
I'll rephrase my question → When I select the specific non-working day, why does it display the prior day in the list of non-working days? Why doesn't it display the actual non-working day?
When I review the Add date calendar, the actual non-working day is greyed out.

Hummm strange behaviour I agree... I think this is maybe a bug, maybe related to timezone, but I'm not sure...
I think this can be a good question to ask to Atlassian Support. You can create a support request here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

Hi @Chu Dam -
I already submitted a ticket to Atlassian Support. It's a bug. The support rep gave me a ticket to follow. I think it's the wrong ticket; but it could be related. I added a comment to the issue.
[JRACLOUD-81641] The Project > All Issues filter shows the Due Date -1 day from the actual date set on the issue - Create and track feature requests for Atlassian products.
Thank you.
