Please give me a doc guide me upgrade from JIRA 6.4.2 to JIRA Software. I purchased a license for JIRA Software and don't know how to upgrade.

The best place to look is in the JIRA 7 Migration hub, which will guide you through the product changes amongst other things, and also given an upgrade checklist to follow. Those links I provided are based on JIRA + JIRA Agile, if you have service desk please follow the steps in the migration hub to ensure you're in the right section.
