Upgrade from Jira 6.4.5 to 7.13.0

Hi All,

Is it possible to upgrade Jira software 6.4.5 to 7.13.0 directly? Is it necessary to upgrade in the following way: 6.4.5 -> 7.0 -> 7.5/7.6 -> 7.13

Possible, yes.  But don't.  You must not skip 7.0, it will break in interesting ways later if you skip it.

You should at minimum upgrade to 7.0.11 first. Otherwise you are risking that not all upgrades are done properly and your installation will fail somewhere.
