Upgrading Jira with GreenHopper

We have a Jira Unlimited Users Commercial license (SEN 378542) and are currently running jira 4.2.2-b589 and are interested in upgrading at minimum to Jira 5.X so we can use the Zephyr plugin. Ideally we will upgrade to the latest 6.1.5 version.

We have GreenHopper installed but unfortunately it looks like we can not upgrade this license. It looks like Jira Agile replaces GreenHopper, is this correct? And can we install it using our Jira license or do we need a separate license?

You always need a separate license for JIRA Agile/GreenHopper. You can't use the JIRA license. You would already have a license through to GreenHopper since you're using it, but it too would need an updated license most probably since your existing one is probably more than 12 months old
