Uploading a new favicon for JIRA web via 'look & feel' does not work. the file uploaded not work?

Hello, I'm trying to edit the favicon on this page 
https://synetek.atlassian.net/secure/admin/LookAndFeel!default.jspa

my file is .PNG 32px square and 8bit color but when I click Upload Favicon button after 'choosing file' nothing happens.

Hi Lee,

When we upload a favicon, what changes in your instance is the icon that is placed in the browser's tab.
Have you tested using another browser?
If you open the developer tools, does it show an error? If so, can you please send us a screenshot of the error?
