I'm wondering if Jira can be used for Project and resource management for non dev. non agile organisations. Doe anyone have any showcases/demo's/examples of companies that have used it like this?
You might be able to achieve project mgmt. functionality in JIRA using plugins/add-ons but if it's a non-agile organization with no interest in becoming agile soon enough then i won't suggest you JIRA.
