Use Jira workflow to create, review, and publish confluence pages.

We are creating work instructions (WI) for every job at our company. We are placing them in Confluence were they can be searched, read, updated, ect...... I want to track each WI through the process and notify the actors in the Process.

Create a Document > Notify Jim (the reviewer). If Jimmy approves > Notify Jack. if Jack approves it, the publish it for the world to read?

We are moving to OnDemand, so Comala is not an option.

Unfortunately that won't be possible on Cloud instances, once this feature isn't available and Comala isn't supported.
