Multiple selection of value for the custom field which is of type "User List"

We have created a custom field "Delivery Manager" which is of type "User List". But as per our requirement we need to select the multiple values . Say we need to track the more one than one delivery manager details for this field. Is there any way to achieve this need?

Note: As of now this field is being created like "Assignee"  where in only one user details can be selected.

Use a "multi user picker" instead of s (single) "user picker"

Yes, I got it. But now I have another problem . We have unique id for all users and their names tagged to their id's. Though I can able to display the name in the JIRA but when I tried to use the JIRA filter in the confluence then I am getting only id value and not the name. is there any setting changes required for this?
