Hi,

I am trying to use circular transition on "Wait for support" state to increase Priority for customers from specific Organization, but it looks like transition is not applied. Am I missing something?

I set Condition to "Field Organization is equal to <oranizationName>, compared as String"

and in Post function "Field Priority is set to High" (placed as first).

Suggestions welcome.

With regards,

Martin

It sounds like your condition is working - you're seeing the button when you should? So, it sounds like the problem is with the post function not setting the priority to high? I tried a quick test, and it works as expected. Screenshot of my post function:

Hi,

then you are lucky guy. I tried to remove condition, to apply Priority change circular transition always, and even then nothing happened :-(. Did you set another attributes of circular transition too, or just the Post function part only, please?

My expectation was to "run/apply" this transition automatically, when request reach workflow state "Wait for support"...
