Hi all,
I have a user in my organisation with a strange issue with exporting.
Before, they were always able to export without issue but all of a sudden, they create a query and search, then the Export button flashes in position then disappears and is no longer visible. Can re-create the issue every time the page is refreshed.
They work on a Mac and have tried different browsers and also tried it on a separate PC.
Note, he is the only user with this issue, no one else has raised the issue.
Can see the error here: Screen video of export button disappearing
Hi Jack,
did you find out where the problem was?
Thanks
Magui

Hey both,
Magui actually found the solution on the 15th April.
Was linked to the "Hide time tracking plugin"

Despite of (?):
That is our config, - and the Button vanishes on the Filer page on load

We have ours hidden now so the top box there is ticked, but when a user needs an export we literally just untick it and it works again for them instantly.
Not too sure why yours is disappearing still after that.

Ok, thanks.
I tried to disable the Addon, and the Export button still disapears after load....
