User Not able to access jira dashboard ticket and open issues

Hi Team,

 

The user ID : shreyas.belavadi1@landmarkgroup.in is not able to access the open issues and Dashboard ticket details .

Attaching the screenshots .

As @Anandhi Arumugam _Cprime_ mentions, are rights granted on projects?

Or has the user been granted product access at all.

Hi Marc,

 

Users ID's : adarshkumar.kulkarni@landmarkgroup.in , pralhad.joshi@landmarkgroup.in , shreyas.belavadi1@landmarkgroup.in , sanju.hosangadi@landmarkgroup.in  isimage (1).png facing the login issue and throwing the error now.

Users mnetioned  have View access on the respective dashboard and resources .

Hi @Yeddulaharinath Reddy 

I think this has to do with you companies network, firewall etc..

You probably need to whitelist the url's of the vendors app. I have had this with another client mine, we had to whitelist al Atlassian url's and all url's related to apps we used to use the features within the company network.

Check if you can access everything be using your phone as a hotspot on the mobile network.

You might need to check with the vendor what their url's are that require whitelisting.

Hi @Yeddulaharinath Reddy Please check if the user has access to the projects that he is trying to view. Please check the People section of the Project to make sure that the user can view. I believe the user has application access since he is able to login. So the project specific permissions could be the issue. Hope this helps!
