I would like to create a customer field (Order Picker) that uses the same list as the Assignee list (in my company, all registered JIRA users). We are using this as a way to define project teams for potential projects.
How can i associate the Order Picker with the Global list used by the 'Assignee' dropdown?
In Assignee usually you can pick any user.
You can narrow it down in project settings, by changing "Assignable user". And if you want to have the same list as there, you will need to set up a local group. Then you will need to select a proper group per project:
