User Tagging Issue

[Deleted user]

I am unable to tag Jira users in the communication sections on issues (i.g. comments, description). I thought it was a temporary bug, but it's continued for almost a month. Any advice?

Welcome to the group!

First of all log out of your account then clear unnecessary images cache & browsing history. Then close the browser and reopen your browser and log into your account then try to the same you are trying to do your problem will be solved!

I tried this but unfortunately I'm still not able to tag my co-workers. 

When I start with @C... the letters do turn blue, but no pop-up with suggestions. And if I complete the name correctly and move on the letters become black again. 

Weirdest part is that I am able to tag on this website @Soumyadeep Mandal

Please help!
