Hello

Currently situation is new user need to create a Jira account to access Jira, may I know:

• We are using Microsoft account, is there a way to use Microsoft AD or other services that allow Admin to create a new MS account and let new user to access Jira without creating a Jira account?
  Because we are using SSO with MS account. Skipping the Jira account creation would be easier to us.
• Currently we need to add user as Jira Customer into different projects manually. Is there a way to add user automatically and to some certain projects only?
  As example IT Jira Project & HR Jira Project are needed by default.

Thanks for the shoutout for our product @shib saha  (EasySSO) - but I think Ken is asking about cloud (there is no version of EasySSO for cloud)

There is this documentation for automatically syncing users from entra id (including creating them, e.g when they are added to a group in entra id: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/saas-apps/atlassian-cloud-provisioning-tutorial.

For adding JSM customers to multiple projects automatically, I think you can add groups into jsm customer roles in the project settings. Although I think its currently hidden for team managed projects - there is a workaround: https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/add-a-group-to-service-desk-customer-role-in-a-team-managed-jsm-project-1235851188.html. For company managed JSM projects you can add the group to the customer role directly.
