Users pasword has been reset both at his end and the admins, he has been made an admin himself with full access but the issue persists. He is able to access Atlassian without issue throughout all of this.
When trying Jira displays: "you don't have access to any service desks." - anyone have any ideas?
Looks like you are trying to access a service desk project. Has the user been added to the service-desk-agent group?
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly! We have tried giving all permissions available, and have added him to the group you suggest but the problem persists...
