I am trying to share a dashboard with another user. They can see the dashboard, but they cannot see the contents of my gadgets, so I assume they don't have viewing access for the corresponding filters. Here is what they see on the dashboard (i see lists of issues):
Here is an example of the permissions in one of the corresponding filters:
And here you can see the user is part of the correct group:
Other users in the jira-procurement group are able to see the contents of the dashboard gadgets fine
Hi @Christy Kennedy, the first thing that comes to mind is if the user has "browse projects" permission for the project(s) in scope for the filter.

Hi Melo - yes, they do have the "browse projects" permission (as confirmed by Permission Helper)

Does the user have browse permission to the Project of the resulting issues from the filter?
Or is there a Project specifically mentioned (like Project = ABC) that the user does not have browse permission for?

Hi Kristján - yes, they do have the "browse projects" permission for all projects referenced int he filer (as confirmed by Permission Helper)
